Phoenix Hills is a craftsman style subdivision with homes that range from l600 sq.ft. to 2200 sq.ft.

Phoenix Hills has a wonderful location, just outside of Medford. A very rural setting, yet close to the freeway with quick access to Ashland. All of the homes were fully landscaped and fenced to add to the uniformity and beauty of the subdivision.
