Summerfield Project Updates:- Summerfield is a phased project that is very well planned and has many facets of home building. We have built phases 1-4, which are the first 154 lots of the subdivision. In doing this the homes have an eclectic feel with traditional, craftsman, and country front elevations. In phase 2 there were some larger view lots that are above the neighborhood city park that is currently being built along just north of Cherry Lane.
- The Summerfield development then continued to build East in what is phase 7. In this phase that is heavily under construction again there is a mixed diversity of lot size, shape, topography, and location. We currently have only 2 lots remaining in this phase lots (224,226) both of which are view lots of the neighborhood and Rogue Valley.
- Our newest phase is phase 5 which is located just south of phases 3 and 4, in phase 5 we have a more similarity in lot size, topography (subtle to flat grade), and location. This phase is underway currently with new homes being built right now that will be available for move in sometime this fall. We also still have lots remaining for sale and custom plan or house or your choice can be built.
- In all phases Landscaping and Fencing is a requirement and must Meet the CC&R’s and Arch Review approval. This complies with the Master Street Tree and parkway plan that make Summerfield such a vibrant place to live and call home. Please look in our Summerfield Gallery for a feel of this community.
