Summerfield is a phased project that is very well planned and has many facets of home building. We have built through phases 1-4 the first 154 lots of the subdivision. In doing this the homes have an eclectic feel with traditional, craftsman, and country front elevations. In phase 2 there were some larger view lots that are above the neighborhood city park that is currently being built along just north of Cherry Lane.
